Return Policy of Portineer

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy with it for any reason please contact us so we can make it right. 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help with that too! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery on purchases of $20 or more. For purchases of less than $20, return shipping fee will be deducted from the purchase price.

Returning your order is simple.

 

  • Email us at support@portineer.com for a return label that you can print out. Please include your order information in the email such as order number. 

  • Simply repackage your order in the original shipping package and carefully reseal it for transport.

  • Take the package to your local United States Post Office (or UPS Store for UPS labels)

If you don't have the original shipping package or it is damaged, please contact us using our Contact Us page or support@portineer.com to make other arrangements. Please include your name and order number in any correspondence so we can find your order quickly.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method. 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

We may update our Return Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Return Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
